Bristol Rescue Open House
Bristol Rescue is looking for volunteers. Almost every town in Addison County is equipped with a 24/7 First Response Squad as well as being served by three ambulance services which includes Bristol Rescue. Bristol Rescue is made up of all volunteers which covers the 5 towns, Bristol, Monkton, Starksboro, Lincoln and New Haven.
If you have ever felt that you wish you could help in some way, now is the time. Bristol Rescue is always looking for volunteers, and the First Response Squads can always use help as well. If you're retired or even have some spare time to fill, come and see what we are all about. If you want to be a driver we can use your help, or if you want to take a course and become an EMT, we have a course starting in November and if you volunteer with Bristol Rescue, there is no charge for the course.
Come and visit our station and we'll answer any questions you may have about being a volunteer, or you can call Sharon Compagna at 453-3460.
Our Open House is Monday October 3, from 7 to 9 PM. We're located at 45 Monkton Road in Bristol.
