On Saturday and Sunday, October 1st and 2nd from 10am- 5pm The Vermont Crafts Council is sponsoring the Fall Open Studio Weekend in conjunction with American Craft Week. In Middletown Springs, two local businesses on West Street will be participating. Sissy’s Kitchen will be hosting Vermont Artist Peter Huntoon who will be on hand painting throughout the weekend. Also, just down the road potters, Diane Rosnemiller and Nicholas Seidner will have the Rising Meadow Pottery gallery filled with utilitarian stoneware and porcelain mugs, plates, bowls and more. Seconds will be available and tours of the potteries kilns will be ongoing. Studio tour maps will be available at both Sissy’s and RMP. Enjoy!
