Little Explorers Playgroup
Exploring the Fun of Friendship
When: Little Explorers meets every Tuesday Morning from 9:30AM to 11:30AM. The fall session starts on October 4th.
Where: Little Explorers will meet in the upstairs auditorium at 64 State Street, Montpelier (Christ Church – the large gray stone church next to Julio’s and across the street from the post office).
Who: This playgroup is open to children 0-5 years and their caregivers. Children must be supervised by their caregivers at all times. A special area for babies will be available with padded flooring, a play yard fence and age appropriate toys and activities.
Cost: This playgroup is FREE thanks to the sponsorship of Capital Community Church.
Basic Daily Schedule
9:30 – Arrival and Free play in the Blocks and Transportation, Active Play, Books and Puzzles, and Pretend Play Centers.
10:00– Circle Time (Sing, Meet new friends, read and learn)
10:15 – Center Play Continues (Discovery Center and Art Center Open)
11:15 – Sing the clean-up song as we clean the room
11:30 – Say Goodbye
How to Join:
In order for your Little Explorers Staff to provide the best activities and experience we ask that you email us at littleexplorersvermont@gmail.com or Private Message us on our Facebook page with the following information: Your name and email address; the ages and gender of your children, and if you or your children have any allergies or other special needs that would help the Little Explorers Staff better serve you. Once we receive your information we will send you an email letting you know you are on the list. If Little Explorers fills up, preference will be given to those who sent their information before the start of the Fall Session (October 4th).
