Culinary Boot Camp: Oct 25 – Nov 2, T/W 5-8 p.m.; $125
Build your culinary skills to begin a food service career – or just for the love of cooking. Working in the professional kitchen at the Hilltopper Restaurant, students will be trained in knife skills, cooking methods, building flavor and seasoning, as well as plate presentations. Students will use a variety of ingredients to prepare a range of dishes as well as develop their understanding of taste and flavor. This course is facilitated by Chef David Hale, St. Johnsbury Academy culinary instructor and Hilltopper Restaurant organizer.
