Vendors in town, Pumpkin Pi (3.14 K) run at the Jay Community Recreational Centre (start time 11:00 am), Pumpkin Carving Contest (drop off at town hall between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm), Oktoberfest celebration at the Jay Village Inn 12:00 - 3:00 pm featuring the Five Dollar Band.
