Join vintage acoustic guitarist Ken Lelan at the Carpenter-Carse Library as he sings the legendary love songs and pop tunes from the 1940s. Brimming with memorable tunes, clever lyrics and amusing stories, Ken performs dozens of concerts every year across the East Coast, where he's known for acoustic renditions of jazz, ragtime and swing, smooth vocals and deft guitar work.
Come enjoy the hits from the Home Front that made it all the way to the Front Lines, as well as our current art display, "Memories of the South Pacific: the WWII paintings of Seabee Nat Bellantone".
