Neighbors and friends,

Everyone is invited to join the Green Mountain College Creative Composters at the Poultney United Methodist Church for a meal made completely from food that would otherwise be composted. Our food safety training is from the Food Recovery Network, which works with over 180 other colleges in the nation to recover food and serve it to their communities. The food comes from the Green Mountain College dining hall, and will be prepared and served by students and community members. None of the food has been touched, except by the chefs that prepared it, and the trained people that recover and transport it.

We recommend that you bring tupperware to take any extra food you would like to. The suggested donation is $1.00. Hope to see you there!
