Matthew Carter, "Vermont Health Exchange" Navigator has filled all the available appointments for his visit on Oct. 23. He is therefore offering another time to explain, and help folks "navigate" the insurance options available. This is a NO-FEE program offered by the state. If you'd like to see Mr. Carter you will need to call the office, 635-7325 to schedule an appointment (there is no walk in availability). He will go over your insurance needs, and discuss costs based on your income, and expenses. Note: he does NOT work for any insurance company. (please do not email me about this program).
