thank you to all those who have taken the time to reach out and express your interest in a new tai chi class! the results of the doodle poll are in and of those polled, half were available on sunday afternoon, with nary a clumping of another time apparent. so sunday afternoon is the clear winner!

i will begin practice as soon as this week in the garden at 485 elm street and intend for this to be an ongoing time for class play. in foul weather we will move the class to the UU church, where i am happy to announce harmony tai chi & taoist meditation will be part of their adult RE programming this fall!

directions to elm street community garden: 485 is on your right on the way out of town look for the sign to massage vermont, if you pass the baseball field you've gone too far. class play will be from at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm. bring your favorite lawn chair for seated meditation practice (which we will do to rest our legs provided the skeeters are not troublesome).

there will be no charge for classes.
