Hey folks!
We have a new vendor at the Jericho Farmers Market to finish up the year.
I hope that you got to meet Lisa of GINGER YUM! two weeks ago. Lisa recently moved to Vermont from the Pacific Northwest and brought her Ginger infused shea butter body products along. You can just follow your nose to find her booth!
As Lisa wrote: This week, Ginger Yum will be featuring our Ginger Body Butter. Why Ginger? Because of its toning and antioxidant properties, ginger can reduce the appearance of hypopigmented scars (scars that are white or much lighter than your skin tone). Just use Ginger Yum body butter on your skin daily as a moisturizer and you should start to see an improvement in couple of weeks. Meanwhile embrace the fresh scent.
Come join our farmers in revelling in the bounty of late summer produce! Maple Star Farm will be featuring: tomatoes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, summer squash, hot peppers, carrots, kale, sweet bell peppers, Salsa and Dilly Beans. Home Farm & the VYCC farm will also be there with all sorts of veggies, and even apples! Nama’s Farmhouse Preserves: piccalilli, tomato sauces, tons of pickles! Nama farm has still got tomatoes, potatoes, kale & chard. Come and find all the veggies you need for the week!
The weather looks promising, so bring your family, a lawn chair or a blanket, and have a picnic of local food from our many vendors. While you’re eating, enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain, the sight of children running and playing, and the music of “Italian Village Dance.” Marie & Celest of Italian Village Dance will bring us traditional music from small mountain villages throughout Italy, a perfect soundtrack for a late summer evening. We hope you’ll come and hang out a while with us!
