CVAA’s Tai Chi for Health & Balance is an introduction to Sun Style Tai Chi which is an entry level, joint safe activity designed to improve strength, balance, agility and flexibility. Deep breathing techniques combine with flowing continuous movement, positive visualization and mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and keep you grounded in the present. Particularly helpful for older adults with mobility, inflammatory joint conditions (increases pain free
range of motion and mobility) and balance issues.
