The Plainfield Knitting Circle is having its annual Carolyn Jones Memorial Stash Swap this week. You can contribute yarn you no longer want to the swap, or you can come to the swap and purchase yarn someone else contributed. The price is 50 cents per skein - an incredible bargain. All monies collected go to Vermont Respite House in memory of Carolyn, a Marshfield resident and member of our knitting circle who lived in Respite House towards the end of her life.

The swap will be held at Vermont Yarn Shop at Plainview Farm, 858 East Hill Rd., Plainfield. If you can't attend the swap, but want to contribute some of your own yarn, you can drop it off between now and Thursday. Any yarn which doesn't sell is contributed to a local group which makes chemo caps, and/or donated to the ReStore.
