Hello everyone!
The beautiful fall with all its festivities is coming around and with that the Fall Festival in Maple Corner, October 7th to October 9th! This year the Silent Auction will be joining all the fun again!!!!! Ginny Sassaman and Ulrike Wasmus will be in charge of setting up the donated goodies, and then distributing them to the lucky winners. The Silent Auction will begin at the Variety Show Friday evening and will end by the last event in the Community Center, the Storytelling on Saturday.
If you are so inclined, please donate some of your beautiful, silly, reusable items for this sweet event (no items that would be donated in a free pile next to your house, please!). You can drop them off at Ginny Sassaman's house at 90 West County Road in Maple Corner (the big, red barn house with the dressed up cow, if you need a marker). You can drop off at her porch, where you will find Silent Auction description sheets for you to sign your name and note your lowest bid, or you can do so yourself and attach a note to your item.
The biggest bidder(s) will be contacted by us starting on October 9th, and we will help move the won items to their new homes.
