"ROOTS INTO REMEDIES" Tuesday evening at 6:30, at the Fletcher Free Library

Now is a great time to harvest roots as the flu season intensifies and we prepare for winter. In this class, we will learn about local plants that we harvest in the Fall for their medicinal roots. I will teach about plant chemistry and how it works in the body. The lecture will end with a tincture making demonstration, and this class is suitable for all levels of knowledge.
