Get ready to welcome more wildlife to your yard and landscape, as the Davies Memorial Library presents speaker Lisa Sausville of Vermont Coverts on Tuesday September 27 at 6:30 pm.
Lisa Sausville is Executive director of Vermont Coverts: Woodlands for Wildlife. She will share practical information about managing your lands to enhance habitat for wildlife. Vermont Coverts is an organization that works to educate landowners on sound forest management and wildlife stewardship, through a peer-to-peer network. Ms. Sausville is a wildlife biologist, and has been with the organization for 10 years.
Clearing your gardens for fall, pruning trees, setting up a wooded area, wishing you could see more deer, or just trying to attract more birds to your yard? Bring your questions for after the presentation.
