As part of the Vermont Tech Jam, Seven Days is hosting a special event with Change The Story VT, and Vermont Works for Women for women of all ages on Saturday October 22 from 10:30-12 p.m. “Coffee and Confidence” participants will learn more about the work being done in Vermont to advance women’s economic well-being and how we can all build the confidence to pursue our professional aspirations. It’s open to women of all ages who want to know more about the successes and challenges in women’s advancement and what they can do to:

Build a network
Pursue the tech field
Apply and interview for that next tech position
Negotiate their next salary

Following a short panel discussion, attendees may choose two of the sessions above. We want you to walk away with great tools, takeaways and simple next steps to get started.
