We have a few more spots left in Galen Cheney's "Pushing Beyond the Boundaries in Your Abstract Painting" weekend workshop!
Through short and long painting sessions, manipulation of materials, and interaction within the group, this workshop will spur students to find new approaches and attitudes toward their work that make painting a joyful experience, full of discovery. The goal is to be energized and to make paintings that surprise and excite the student. For the first time, Galen Cheney is offering her workshop over the course of two days, so participants will be able to dig in, have time to reflect, and make strides with their work. The additional day also allows for more discussion as well as exploration into the work of other painters who succeed in pushing at the boundaries of painting. Materials provided.
