We've had a wonderful response to our call for help with cooking! Many new people and groups have signed up. Others have committed and will be signing up shortly. The FFA calendar is rapidly filling up for the remainder of this year, so if you are thinking about cooking, we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible. Here is the link:

Now that the cooking situation is greatly improved, please come and join us for dinner so we can get attendance even higher. The more people who come, the more rewarding it is for our cooks. More people equals more donations as well. FFA is totally dependent on donations from visitors. We have no other source of funding.
All in all, things are looking much brighter. Thank you for your support!
Dinner tonight will be largely prepared by Marie Thomas, one of the best cooks around.
Here is the menu:
- Baked ham
- Roasted local corn
- Lentil loaf (vegan and GF)
- Salad
- Desserts
Bring family and friends... the more, the better! Downtown Richmond at the Congregational Church. Come in anytime during this 2-hour affair from 5-7 PM tomorow.
People ask us how much they should donate. We recommend $3 - $4 per person, more if you can afford it. We are experiencing increased costs, and more donations will help a great deal. That said, if money is tight for you, no need to donate anything!
Also.... Take advantage of the opportunity to "throw a party" (for your friends and the greater community) without having to deal with setup, cleanup or cost. Visit our web site at http://fridayfoodaffair.com for all the information you need about this event. Check out the videos as well.
