At 2:30 PM on Saturday, September 17th, at the Worcester Town Hall, George Woodard from Waterbury Center will return to the town hall to show his own production, The Summer of Walter Hacks. There will be two showings: 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM. This is a feature-length film about a Vermont lad, a coming of age story, set in a long forgotten rural New England of the 1950's. The film has been successful on the independent film circuit and has been enjoyed by all. Refreshments will be available and a donation is requested. At 6:30 PM the Worcester Historical Society will hold a brief annual meeting and then the program by George Woodard at 7:00 PM. The Worcester Town Hall is handicapped accessible and all are welcome.
