Stay Steady Vermont is a Falls Prevention Awareness Program being held at The Arbors at 687 Harbor Road in Shelburne.

Do you want to stay active and independent? The biggest challenge you fast is falling. One in three adults age 65 and older report a fall year year, but it doesn't have to be YOU! Come in for a free balance screening for adults over 65. The event will offer an informational session followed by a brief balance screening by a volunteer licensed Physical Therapist. You will leave with recommendations that can help reduce the risk of falling, based on individual results. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
