An FYI to any Middlebury voters who are trying to stay updated on the proposed Town Municipal Building/Rec Park "Community Center - Gym" project. Initial plans for the Rec. Park portion will be shared with the Mary Hogan School Board on Oct. 16th. We will be meeting at 7 p.m. at the Middlebury Union High School (not sure which room but will post when I know). Representatives from Breadloaf Construction and our select board will be there to review the plans with us before our board votes (tentatively on Oct. 28th) on their request to allow them to build in the Rec Park, which is Mary Hogan owned land and currently leased by the town. We welcome interested community members to join us. Please feel free to share this post with any of your friends who might want to know about the meeting.
