Drop in for one class or come for the whole weekend! All are welcome! Workshop appropriate for beginner yogis and advanced practitioners alike. We invite you to come to the Friday Evening Introductory Session to learn more and see what Universal Yoga is all about!

$35 per class or $125 for the whole weekend.
*$20 off weekend rate for all RYT's!

Friday Evening 6-8 pm
Introduction to Universal Yoga – By Donation.
Join us for an evening discussion on the philosophy of Universal Yoga. How this dynamic practice can be a tool to explore greater depths of oneself through the physical body, breath and mind to enhance growth and transformation. Shiva Nata dance will be taught as a moving concentration technique to support the end goal of meditation.

Saturday Morning 9-11:30 am
Ha-Tha Vinyasa – Movement Practice
Explore creative new asanas and the true meaning of Ha-Tha Yoga. From this viewpoint, deepen your physical practice as a means to relax the mind into a passive state of relaxation and meditation. Mixed level class for anyone open to learning dynamic asanas and breathing techniques of the Himalayan Yogis.

Saturday Afternoon Lecture 1:30-4 pm
Traditional Himalayan Yoga – Philosophy Session
Learn the foundations of the 8-Limb Path of yoga as a means of finding clarity in life and practice. We will explore where physical practice, breath and understanding the philosophy of Ha- Tha Yoga meet to cultivate a sustainable home practice

Sunday Morning 9:00-11:30 am
Universal Yoga Mandala – Movement Practice
Come play! We will be delving into a creative asana series matched with breath to create a practice that is energizing and rejuvenative, one that builds confidence and strength! Mixed level class for anyone open to learning dynamic asanas and breathing techniques of the Himalayan Yogis.

Sunday Afternoon Lecture 1:30-4:00 pm
Raja Yoga – Philosophy Session
Let us discuss how, from the rich soil of Hatha Yoga practice, we may activate energy within our bodies and generate single-pointed concentration. We may then harness this energy and concentration in order to not only enhance our physical practice but to also open ourselves to deeper levels of clarity and ease within.
