Anyone Can Kraut: Preserving the Harvest with Fermentation

For the current kraut lover as well as the skeptic, this workshop can show you that making your own fermented food is simple and requires no special equipment. Join local fermentation fanatic, Beki Auclair and discover an easy and useful way to preserve Vermont's abundant fall harvest.
