This Friday, let's show our appreciation for our emergency services with a stop in at the Farmers' Market. The EJ Fire Dept, EJ Police Dept, and Essex Rescue will all be at the market with their cars/trucks for you and your kids to check out!
Once you're there, you can get some kettlecorn, danish, sno-cones, and baklava all made by our farmers or local craftspersons.
For dinner, Open Hearth Pizza is back! As with Mediterranean Mix, El Gato and Grab Cheeses.
Be sure to check out the market's newest local artist, Farmhouse 6,who will be at the market for the first time sharing her beautiful wood creations.
And of course, you can bring home all the meat, chicken, corn, apples, tomatoes, lettuce and veggies you desire for cooking at home the rest of the week.
And don't forget -- the market closes at 6:30 starting this Friday through the end of September.
