Have you been looking for an entry point into the endlessly intriguing world of mushroom hunting? Join the co-founders of The Mushroom Forager (www.themushroomforager.com) for a two-hour guided foray, coinciding with chanterelle season and the beginning of the summer wild mushroom explosion in the Northeast. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to foraging technique, ethically responsible harvesting, and The Mushroom Forager's ForageCast approach. Then, we will try our luck on a foray in Chittenden County (specific location TBA).
