Join the Montpelier Shambhala Group for their monthly Open House this Wednesday at 6:00pm. Shastri Bill Brauer will offer meditation instruction, there will be some time to practice meditation, and then he will lead a discussion about how we can bring meditation practice to our political landscape. Shastri Brauer is a senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist Lineage, a faculty member of the Mukpo Institute at Karme Choling in Barnet, VT, and he leads Shambhala classes, seminars, and retreats throughout North America.
