Honeybee and Pollinator Awareness Day at Shelburne Orchards. We rely on pollinators to make the magic happen here at Shelburne Orchards, just like every other food grower around the world. To help spread awareness of the miraculous pollinators, we've invited Samantha Alger from UVM and Chaz Mraz from Champlain Valley Apiaries to the orchard to talk about their research and experience in the field. We hope you'll come with your questions and curiosity, to listen and talk with experts! We'll have a gift for participants, a bag of wildflower seeds, to plant in your gardens to encourage our local bees!
