Join Ari Rockland-Miller of The Mushroom Forager (www.themushroomforager.com) for a guided mushroom foray introducing gourmet and medicinal wild mushrooms of September at Footprint Farm in Starksboro, VT. We will explore the rich woods around Footprint Farm to pursue the distinctive and delicious mushrooms on the ForageCast, including yellow foot chanterelles, black trumpets, lobster mushrooms and lion's mane. Participants will receive a September ForageCast handout for the region, steering us towards a safe, targeted and fruitful foray. We will also discuss guidelines for ethical wildcrafting.
