Hello Friends & Neighbors!
I want to invite you to a fun, free event taking place in Burlington this Saturday. Family Health Day will take place 2:30-5pm after the Farmer’s Market in Burlington’s City Hall Park (or Contois Auditorium, City Hall if the weather is poor). All activities and food are free! There will be free healthy snacks, fun activities and face painting for kids. There will also be free massage and wellness demonstrations, informational booths, a free biometric health screening station, and a free raffle with over $500 in prizes. Bring a non-perishable item of food for the Food Shelf and receive a free slice of fresh, oven-baked flatbread pizza! Hope to see you there!

Navigators will be on-hand at Family Health Day from 3:30-5pm at City Hall Park, providing information and enrollment support. There is also a public presentation and Q&A following the health fair, from 5-6pm at Contois, with Mark Larson, the Commissioner of Vermont’s Dept. of Health Access.
