Please join us for a community potluck party Friday, September 2nd from 4-7pm! Our intention with this event is to invite our community members to learn more about Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ), hear about shifts happening in the CVt SURJ chapter/upcoming events, and most importantly to meet, socialize and have fun with each other.

Please bring a potluck dish to share (clearly labeled!), your own eating vessel/utensil + cup, and excitement to talk about anti-racist organizing in Vermont. Feel free to bring a blanket or chair to sit on. We will have a grill if you want to bring grill-ables! And are providing some chicken, vegetable kabobs, and drinks. Kids welcome! Friendly dogs welcome! Everyone welcome!

*Accessibility info: The parking area and bbq area at the New Shelter at Hubbard Park is wheelchair accessible, there is a composting toilet bathroom that is NOT wheelchair accessible about 300 yards from the shelter up a 50ft gravel path. There is a 5in step to get into the bathroom. *We ask that folks refrain from wearing fragrances so that other chemically sensitive community members can participate and not get sick. * This is also a NO SMOKING park. *
