Looking for some help with traffic control and passing out water bottles for the GMSR a professional bike race that will roll through Bristol on 9/4.
There will most likely be a lunch and T-shirt for your help. Here is what we need:
Help with pedestrian control in Bristol during the race from 10am to 12:30or so. 6-8 people could manage this.
Help with the feed zone at the Memorial Park on Rt. 17 in Bristol. This would be passing water bottles to two fields (Pro/Cat 1 Men and Cat 2 Men who will be racing 95 miles). They would also help all the other racers by filling their bottles with water or soda as needed. This would be from10:30 – 1:30 as the Pros and Cat 2 men will come back by this spot a second time.
Meet at the cannon on the town green at 9:30 for traffic control and at Memorial Park for the feed zone. If you are interested, please contact me so I can get a correct count for lunches and shirt sizes. bcrum@anesu.org
