The Middletown Springs Volunteer Fire Department invites the Middletown Springs community to a party at the lake! MSVFD Lieutenant Tyler Manning is being deployed to Dubai in September of 2016. Please come and help send him off with a party! MSVFD LT. Manning graduated from Poultney High School in 2013. Lt. Manning enlisted with the Vermont Air National Guard after his high school graduation and completed his basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Tyler Manning joined the MSVFD at age 15 as junior firefighter. He was soon promoted to MSVFD Junior Fire Chief. At age 18, he joined MSVFD as a firefighter. Manning completed his Firefighter I course and soon was promoted to Lieutenant as an interior firefighter. Manning is a valuable member of the fire department. Although the MSVFD is very proud of LT. Manning, he will be greatly missed at the firehouse for several months.

Please join us at Lake St. Catherine State Park on Sunday, September 4th at noon. Please look for the tents and signs. We will supply the hot dogs and burgers. Please bring a side dish and your choice of beverages. We hope to see you there. Please RSVP to 235-2160.
