Mindful Friends,
This week’s practice, led by Andrea O'Connor, will be a guided session of “Note (or label) Everything”. So we will be aware of feelings in the body and emotions as well as thoughts. Of course, we start with a relaxation and breath. And you may follow Andrea's instructions or not. Try this for a pot pourri of awareness and see what arises.

Senior Center on Barlow St., 6:30-7:30. With iced tea. Unless it turn cold! Which it won’t yet.
