Art for Animals; Animals for Art! A fundraiser for Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Shelter. Small 5" x 7" canvas Boards have been on sale for several weeks for $10 each. All proceeds from their sale go to the Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Shelter in Orleans. Purchasers are invited to put their favorite animal on these canvases in paint, marker, pen and ink, etc. The completed canvases will be shown on Saturday September 3rd at the Barton Public Library between 2 and 6 PM at a reception with refreshments and sale.
This sale will split its proceeds between the Animal Shelter and Greater Barton Arts, Incorporated, the sponsor of the event.
Canvases are on sale at the Animal Shelter, the Pet Department of the Pick 'n Shovel and other locations. Please support animals and art!
