Tai Chi has been widely documented to offer enormous benefits for both physical and mental health. Tai Chi helps with your balance and concentration and is often considered a moving meditation

8-Week program: Featuring the tai chi 8 postures. This set is derived from the classical Yang style in a simplified way and can form the basis for further practice and more advanced study. Each class will also include a posture from the qigong 8 pieces of brocade. Stretching and strengthening will also be part of each session.

Where: The Open Space Studio
101 S. Main Street Hardwick, Vermont
2nd floor, Entrance at rear of building.

Cost: The 8-week program is $70 including DVD for home study.
