- You are invited to tea in the splendid Shakespeare Garden that dedicated UVM Extension Masters Gardeners and community friends have planted and tended this summer, upon the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare’s death. This beautiful garden hosts such lovely varieties as violets, pansies, hyacinth and lovely climbing vines. It features cedar benches, arbors and a sundial built and installed by Ann and Dick Squires. There will be Shakespearean readings throughout the tea and there will also be the opportunity to bid on this month’s silent auction item of a lovely basket of herbal teas and teacups. Please stop in on the 28th to enjoy light refreshments and a chance to stroll this beautiful addition the DRML gardens.
