Are you interested in having your children learn outdoors this coming school year? EarthWalk Vermont offers weekly nature mentoring opportunities for children on the campus of Goddard College in Plainfield. With the guidance of caring mentors, we work together in small groups participating in hands-on seasonal outdoor activities, including: sensory games, natural crafts, fire making, tracking, wild edibles, singing, and storytelling.
EarthWalk Village School is a weekly outdoor program for children ages 6 – 12, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 9am-3pm throughout the school year.
EarthGirls and EarthScouts After School is a weekly outdoor program for children ages 7-12, Monday from 3:30-6pm throughout the school year.
Information Sessions August 23 & 25, 4:30 – 5:30pm EarthWalk is hosting Information Sessions at the Kellogg Hubbard Library in Montpelier on August 23 and at the Aldrich Public Library in Barre on August 25, from 4:30 – 5:30pm.These sessions are an opportunity for prospective families to learn more about our programs, speak with our Youth Programs Director, and view a slideshow. Additionally, we will have application and registration forms available.
