Hello Friends & Neighbors!

I want to invite you to a fun, free event taking place in Burlington this Saturday. Family Health Day will take place 2:30-5pm after the Farmer’s Market in Burlington’s City Hall Park (or Contois Auditorium, City Hall if the weather is poor). All activities and food are free! There will be healthy snacks, yoga, fun activities and face painting for kids. There will also be wellness demonstrations, informational booths, a biometric health screening station, and a raffle with great prizes. Bring a non-perishable for the Food Shelf and receive a free slice of fresh, oven-baked flatbread pizza!
