As we continue promoting the six playgrounds that we oversee - the final Ice Cream Social brings us to the Trow Hill Playground located at the top of Hill Street next to Trow Hill Grocery. On Tuesday Aug. 16th, starting at 6:30 the Recreation Commissioners will be serving up Ben & Jerry's, Freeze Pops, Hoodsie Cups and Water for about an hour. Trow Hill has recently been refurbished, led by community members and assembled as part of a community build program this past Spring. Final touches are still being put on, but the playground has been being enjoyed by many. We hope to see you out there tomorrow night !
