Jericho Planning Commission Aug. 16

The Jericho Planning Commission is holding its regular meeting on August 16th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm in the Jericho Town Hall and welcomes the public to attend. The following items are on the agenda:

* Public Comment - the public is invited to speak to any item not on the agenda.

*The Planning Commission will briefly discuss the status of the draft Land Use and Development Regulations.

*LandWorks, the consultant hired by the Planning Commission will be attendance to discuss the first draft of the Commercial District Land Use standards. While this is primarily a time for the Planning Commission to interact with the consultant, the public is welcome attend. The first draft can be found on the town's website (follow the link on the home page www.jerichovt.gov).
