A star-studded evening (with some Perseids meteor studs sprinkled on for extra pizazz) awaits you this Saturday at the Whammy Bar. The Brown Eyed Girls (Halle Toulis and Louisa Franco) on vocals and perhaps piano, Seth Herz on trumpet, Eric Small on drums, Joe Franco on drums when Eric needs a breather, Lewis Franco on guitar and vocals, and special guest vocalist Lily Feinson, fresh off her dazzling European tour (not a music tour, it must be said, but a European tour, and a dazzling one at that), is the lineup. Tunes will be a mix of originals and standards. Downbeat at 7:30pm!
