Erica will teach the basics of using plants from your garden, fields, or forests to make medicine. We will discuss the best times to harvest and methods to extract medicinal properties from roots, leaves, flowers, and berries. We will offer a hands-on demo of drying herbs, making an infusion, decoction, and tincture. We will make and share an herbal infusion.
