The bandoneon is a traditional instrument used to accompany tango dancers in their graceful movements. A concert with many being played is a rare treat.

The Stowe Tango Music Festival is bringing 13 bandoneonistes over the mountain to the Varnum. This outreach event will be an opportunity to hear and feel the music that happens at the popular tango festival in Stowe. The Varnum has previously hosted two elegant tango dance demonstrations and now we are fortunate to have a chance to share world class Tango musicians too!
