Introduction to Shambhala Buddhism

All are welcome to the Burlington Shambhala Center on Saturday, August 20, 9 am - noon to learn about the Shambhala Buddhist Path and meditation. “The Shambhala teachings and the teachings of Vajrayana Buddhism meet at the highest level. They use different languages, but both traditions are telling the truth, which is that enlightenment is possible for all beings.” –Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
This gathering will provide an overview of Shambhala as well as an opportunity for questions and discussion. There will be meditation practice following the discussion.
