This concert party featuring the high-spirited music of the Swing Peepers is a way to celebrate all the kids who have kept their reading skills sharp this summer by participating in the summer reading program at the Richmond Free Library. The concert is free and open to any and all, no matter your age or reading level. Treats will be served at the party and the winners of this year's raffle prizes, including the giant stuffed dog, will be drawn. Don't miss out.
