This month's Meeting will be held Wednesday, August 10th, in the McClure Lobby Conference Room at UVM Medical Center, starting 7.00 p.m. Free parking is available in the McClure Garage, courtesy of UVM MC.

The focus of this month's Meeting will primarily be property "Development"; we have promised for the past two months that Don Sinex, owner of the Burlington Town Center, would make a presentation on his proposals, but Mr.Sinex has once again had to cancel at short notice due to changes to his schedule.
The Mayor has been invited to provide an City update in Mr.Sinex's absence but no confirmation yet of that.

However, there remain important items on our agenda which looks like this:

7.00 p.m.: Welcome and Introductions

7.05: City Council Update: Adam Roof, Sharon Bushor, Selene Colburn: This will certainly include updates on Burlington Town Center, with a City Council Meeting due August 15th to discuss proposed Zoning Changes.

7.30: Speak Out

7.40: Burlington Schools update from Board Chairman Mark Porter

7.50: New UVM Rescue Building on East Avenue: Lisa Kingsbury of UVM to discuss.

8.00: Fletcher Place development project: Frank Von Turkovich has been bringing plans to the NPA and immediate neighborhood for four years or more now. He joins us again with modified proposals.

8.45: Close
