PEACE IN THE VALLEY ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF THEIR FIRST ALBUM:
“C O L O R S” TO DEBUT ON AUGUST 6

The newest Vermont music sensation, Peace in The Valley, is about to release their first album, titled “C O L O R S”. They'll kick things off with a CD release concert on August 6 at 7pm at The Woods Lodge in Northfield, Vermont, after which, they will spend a solid three weeks on the road promoting the album in Vermont, before they head off to Austin, Texas for a 6-month tour.

The all-ages event is free. There will be food and beverages (soft drinks, beer and wine) available for purchase from The Woods Lodge; and Wildflower Sushi will be offering a selection of traditional Japanese favorites. CDs will be available for $13 each, or $10 if you post a selfie of you with the CD while at the event on Facebook or Instagram. Please, no pets, or outside food and/or drinks. Sealed bottled water, chairs and blankets are allowed.

Opening for Peace in the Valley on August 6, will be the band, Ampevene, a fresh, experimental instrumental fusion of original progressive rock, psychedelic, and other genres, from Albany, NY.

Peace in The Valley is offering a free download of the song, “The Ballad of Judas and Mary” for those who pre-order the album download at PeaceInTheValley1.bandcamp.com.

The members of Peace in the Valley, (Benjamin Burr, guitar; Eli Leppla, bass; Enzo Cormier, drums; and Colin Holter, keyboard), have been playing together since their Freshman year at Harwood Union High School. They've shared stages with the likes of Grace Potter, Mike Gordon, and the Flaming Lips; and some of the band members will appear on Twiddle’s upcoming album. Their debut LP, C O L O R S, is a compilation of originals, and features their most focused material yet!
