The Stowe Wine & Food Classic presents: Stowe Classic’s Taste of Vermont, Saturday, August 27, 5:00pm

This is a locally and regionally sourced, farm-to table dinner expertly paired with superlative wines from around the world.

The Saturday night farm-to-table dinner and Live Auction starts with sparkling wine on the patio of Stowe Mountain Lodge overlooking the breathtaking Mount Mansfield. Then move inside to the ball room for an amazing locally and regionally sourced five-course meal prepared by Stowe Mountain Lodge Executive Chef Ronnie Sanchez, Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Martin, and Executive Sous Chef Jacqueline Martin with wine pairings featuring wines courtesy of Farrell Distributing. Throughout the evening guests can dance to a special appearance by The Grippo Funk Band. Memorable, one-of-a-kind items, ranging from fine jewelry, vacation getaways to exclusive one-of-a-kind dining experiences will be offered during the lively Live Auction. The Stowe Wine and Food Classic is the signature event coordinated by Stowe Charities, Inc. which is a 501c(3) charitable organization formed in 2008 for the purpose of raising funds for charitable organizations in Vermont. Over the event’s 18-year history, Stowe Charities has raised more than $275,000 for local organizations. Proceeds from this year's Classic will benefit Camp Ta Kum Ta and Copley Hospital.
