Don’t miss what the Boston Globe calls “New England at its best!”

Held on the Townshend Common, the Fair features activities to please the whole family: a live auction, bargain booths, bingo, pony rides, face painting, jewelry, food, kids games, a costume booth for kids, a dunking booth, and more. (See Schedule of Events, below.)

For those born at Grace Cottage, join in the Baby Parade led by bagpipers and the Grace Cottage stork. (Not born at GCH? “Valley Kids” born in the West River Valley from 2002 to today are invited to join the parade, too!). The Baby Parade awards prizes for oldest, youngest, and to the person who came from farthest away.

The Fair also includes an Arts & Crafts Show, which will be held in the Townshend Church. All fine arts and crafts pieces in the show will be for sale, with a portion of the Arts & Crafts Show proceeds going to benefit Grace Cottage Hospital.
