Main Street Arts @ St. Andrew's are delighted to welcome back pianist Jose Garcia Herranz during his annual visit to VT with his wife and son. Jorge and his family live in Paris where he teaches at the Darius Milhaud Conservatory. He
regularly gives concerts in Paris, and has notably performed the complete series of Beethoven’s piano sonatas. His repertoire includes a wide selection of chamber music and Spanish music by composers such as Albañiz, de Falla and Granados. Jorge is also passionate about tango music and has recently arranged and recorded a collection of Piazzolla’s works.
